Melissa A.

Hey everyone! I'm Melissa and I am in my last semester of my undergrad majoring in Biology and minoring in neuroscience. I am very excited this year as I'll be finishing up my degree but also because this is my second year as a mentor and I am really looking forward to meeting all of you!! 

In my spare time I enjoy watching Netflix and reading books. I'm also very very fond of all animals, cooking and baking. I've enjoyed a great opportunity working in a clinic but have also dabbled in many areas of employment that have helped shape up a rough idea of what the future holds. 

After my time at Carleton I'd like to pursue a career as a physicians assistant however before that I'd like to try my hand at travelling a while. I love meeting new people (and like to think of myself as fairly helpful) so if you have any questions, or would just enjoy a pleasant chat, please do come into the SSSC and introduce yourself!
