Tanisha G.

Hi! My name is Tanisha and I’ll be in my second year of the B.Sc. Combined Honours in Neuroscience program for the 2016/2017 school year and I am very excited to be joining the amazing SSSC team as a mentor!

My passion is biology, specifically neuroscience (of course) and I love learning anything and everything about the human body. I am also very interested in psychology so don’t be too shocked if you see me reading my psychology textbook for fun!

In the past I have been involved in many leadership activities, such as leadership camps and student council. I enjoy organizing events and activities and meeting new people!

Through my undergraduate years I hope to gain valuable lab experience, meet new people, and learn things about myself along the way. After my undergrad I plan to attend dental school so if you have any questions about dentistry or are curious about the world of health care don’t hesitate to find me or any of my fellow mentors from the Health Care team!
